wiimote 在電腦上的應用

WII 是今年熱門的玩具，我是沒時間玩，可是對wii 那隻$40神奇的 remote control (簡稱wiimote)非常有興趣，我覺得It could be "the mouse of the 21 century." 想要拿wiimote來代替幾千塊的電腦輸入設備，wiimote基本上是支IR的3D motiondetector+藍芽遙控器 ，原本有個朋友預估要作出我要的虛擬畫筆得 $3000.但現在三隻wiimote+雙結棍 $200 以內應該可能直接就成了, 不用花$250買wii。

Linux, MacOS X, windows 驅動軟體都有人寫好了，已有人示範試驗如何在電腦去上面用wiimote 當虛擬鼓棒。我要作的計劃可能會需要跨平台，所以我把資料都列出來。不過居功厥偉的是wiili.org的那些hacker，他們的目標是在wii 上跑Linux，他們公開了許多資料才會有麼這麼多人陸續投入各種hack。Linux 萬歲!
